The Opportunity:

Are you an inspired, innovative, DIGITAL guru, with the drive to champion a team, through insights, creativity and leadership?
Our client is searching to fill a DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING role and requires a senior leader that can provide strategic leadership to a newly created Digital department.

The Details:

Reporting to the COO, you will assume responsibility for:
Developing the team; creating the individual roles and developing the key employees through these new opportunities
Creating digital programs while utilizing brand development, direct marketing, social media, mobile marketing and integrated media planning
Measuring the impact of the digital strategies by utilizing insights based on web analytics, competitive intelligence and e-mail metrics
Develop strategic programs based on those insights
Drive the bottom line and results through creation of marketing plans, planning, budgeting and execution.

The Requirements:

You will:
Have a Degree/MBA with preference for a focus in Marketing
Have owned a Brand
Have Digital marketing experience
Have Direct marketing experience
Have solid people management experience for a team of 8-12 people
Understand the testing and understanding of the data driven decisions that you don’t often see on the digital side. An emphasis on trackable, measurable, positive responses from consumers, regardless of medium.

Compensation includes a salary of 120-130K + 15% + car allow +benefits and pension

THE POSITION: SALES DIRECTOR
Adconion is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our online sales team.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum 4+ years of Sales experience and generating monthly revenues above target goals
Excellent track record in developing relationships with advertising agencies and direct advertisers
Strong understanding of Advertising Sales
Strong relationship building skills

Experience in the interactive advertising / digital media industry desired or relevant combination of education and experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Director will be responsible for the development and management of the company’s major accounts
Provide high-level direct client contact with advertising agencies
Cultivate relationships at the highest levels of top agencies, large on-line advertisers and Fortune 1000 companies
Supervise proper delivery of advertising campaigns in accordance with goals and objectives of the client
Drive revenue through long-term, high dollar contacts
Develop new markets as needed
Responsible for selling new, high-end, and complex products and multi-platform packages
Consult with clients on their marketing needs and creatively design solution packages
Provide feedback to the rest of the organization on how to better satisfy client needs
