<p>The Program Coordinator (PC) role is the entry point into the Program Management (PM) Team.  The PC supports the Program Manager in all aspects of program execution and helps deliver overall client satisfaction.  The PC effectively manages and executes the day to day requirements of our clients programs.   This position entails interaction with internal staff and key suppliers, and has limited interaction with clients, all under the direction of the PM.  The PC assists in the execution of specific project plans, manages documentation support, project performance tracking, and general event monitoring and reporting.  The PC acts as a leader and manager to in-field staff and is their main point of contact for all program inquiries.</p>

<p>Endo has been ranked on Profit 100&#8242;s list of Canada&#8217;s Fastest Growing Companies for three years running and our growth and expansion continues.  Endo is looking for a Program Coordinator to facilitate and support the company&#8217;s ongoing growth.<br />
Specific Responsibilities Include:<br />
People Management:</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a leader, trainer and mentor to In-Field Manager&#8217;s (IFM&#8217;s) demonstrating strict adherence to Endo Methodologies, Endo policies and best practice for successful Event Management</li>
<li>Coach and develop IFM&#8217;s assigned to events to ensure successful execution.</li>
<li>Hold training sessions as required</li>
<li>Communicate and manage event expectations and details to all in-field staff by creating in-field Event Manuals and other various resources containing information such as: Where the events will take place, hour&#8217;s staff is expected to work, reporting that will need to be completed etc.</li>
<li>Hold in-field staff accountable for their performance, and report any staff that aren&#8217;t performing to our standard, to Staffing Provider for removal from Endo programming</li>
<li>Review and compile all performance and/or attendance issues (documented by IFM) for all in-field staff, and forward to applicable Staffing ProviderObserve and measure performance of staffing partners in field by acting on mystery shopping feedback and in field visit observations</li>
</ul>
<p>Program Coordination:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide direct support to PM&#8217;s and communicate program needs and performance on a daily basis to the Endo team</li>
<li>Assist in the management of outsourced event, production and creative vendors to ensure that they deliver against intended results</li>
<li>Investigate, escalate and ensure that all project issues are effectively resolved</li>
<li>Makes recommendations on key design factors for each event including site, date/time, event flow, space requirements and production needs</li>
<li>Maintain event inventory checklist and ensure proper equipment is shipped in a timely manner while adhering to program budget</li>
<li>Review Daily Manager Reports from IFM and make additions as necessary.</li>
<li>Act immediately on any urgent requirements and escalate them when needed<br />
Act as weekend on-call manager for all active programs in field</li>
<li>Be present and participate at most scheduled program set-ups to ensure that the event has been set-up according to Endo standards</li>
<li>Ensure programs are launched and executed within approved budget (as per PM)</li>
<li>Coordinate all event logistics, as it applies to the infield staff, including travel, flights, and hotels</li>
<li>Participate in off-site client meetings as required</li>
</ul>
<p>Financial Support and Program Reporting:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist PM in the development of all project documentation between the client and authorized Endo signing officers. (Master Service Agreement, Project Plan, Statement of Work, Daily Managers Report, Risk Management Plan, Post Implementation Reviews, etc.)</li>
<li>Prepare status reports outlining program development and budget implications as required</li>
<li>Under the direction of the PM, prepare and consolidate post event analysis, identifying measured results against the key deliverables of the program</li>
<li>Participate in kick-off/post program meetings to offer valuable feedback on improving future programs</li>
<li>Obtain feedback and make recommendations to improve execution for future events</li>
</ul>

<p>Qualifications:</p>

<li>Post secondary education required, preferably in a business administration, finance, marketing or project management related discipline</li>
<li>Demonstrated progressive experience in people management, preferably in the event marketing industry</li>
<li>Demonstrated progressive experience in project management, preferably in programs associated with the deployment or implementation of experiential marketing events</li>

<p>This position works with the commercial team and product managers to analyze, plan, and implement effective promotional plans to drive business growth.  This position includes actively participating in project teams that align our offerings with the way customers and prospects work.  The individual will focus on individual products, product lines, vertical market offerings, capabilities offerings, and service product offerings.  The specialist will participate in planning the annual budget to fund the programmes, and will manage the scheduling and implementation of those programmes throughout the year, working closely with appropriate marketing and commercial colleagues.  Specific programmes to be planned and developed include advertisements, product and press releases, direct mailers, product introductions, product collateral, etc.<br />
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:</p>

<li>Strong preference for post-secondary degree in related discipline(science and/or marketing).</li>

<p>Coordinator, Special Events &amp; Individual Giving<br />
Regular Full-Time, 35 hours per week</p>
<p>The Art Gallery of Ontario is looking for a Coordinator, Special Events &amp; Individual Giving to work in our Development Division. This position will be responsible for coordinating and administering fundraising events while also providing administrative support for the AGO Next membership program. This will involve: drafting correspondence; processing and tracking payments; preparing invoices and tracking expenses; maintaining records of prospects, proposals, guest lists, event participants, sponsors, members and in-kind donors in the Development database and in hard copy files; preparing reports and/or analyzing data from the Development database; updating website content and sending electronic communications; and, coordinating committee activities and liaising with volunteers and other staff for event coordination and implementation.</p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years directly related experience in a Development environment to interface with senior corporate personnel, AGO staff, trustees, donors and volunteers in special events fundraising.<br />
This person will also be able to demonstrate their working knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer and using donor databases such as Sage/Raiser’s Edge.<br />
He or she will also have well-developed administrative, analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills along with an understanding and commitment to client service.<br />
The ability to coordinate a variety of simultaneous projects with accuracy and close attention to detail is a must.<br />

<p>Position Details:<br />
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the administrative and artistic teams, the Marketing and Communications Officer will work in two areas of responsibility:</p>
<p>Revenue Proposal Writing:<br />
Act as project manager on funding applications, contributing extensively to proposals and coordinating additional components from other team members as required<br />
Research funding opportunities and recommend priorities and strategies<br />
Liaise with key funding contacts within granting agencies and foundations and maintain these important relationships, in coordination with Managing Director and Development Officer</p>
<p>Marketing and Communications:<br />
Plan and implement the annual TCC marketing and communications plan<br />
Write, edit and produce all written materials, including press releases, concert programs and inserts, articles, advertising and concert listings, and newsletters<br />
Update the TCC website, making changes in-house and coordinating with website consultants when necessary<br />
Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including the annual season brochure and recruitment brochure<br />
Support the implementation of the annual Development Plan through written materials, including proposals and reports<br />
Represent the TCC at concerts and events, and assist with front-of-house activities</p>

<p>Small Change Fund is a young and rapidly evolving organization searching for an outstanding public relations intern who can help us get our message out across Canada.</p>
<p>Following on from our first PR campaign, in which we gained over four million media impressions, we are searching for an intern who can take initiative to develop the tools and media relationships necessary to keep this momentum going.</p>
<p>This role is the first of its kind at Small Change Fund, and thanks to our size, our intern will have an opportunity to become deeply involved in many aspects of our work. This is a great opportunity to gain a broad range of public relations experience in only 12 weeks. Your day-to-day duties will be focused on building the profile of Small Change Fund among Canadian media and bloggers, including:</p>

<li>Prepare, write and present media plans, proposals and analyses</li>

<p>This full-time position will be reporting to the Chief of Corporate Communications &amp; Public Affairs and will be responsible for developing and maintaining the hospital&#8217;s external website and Intranet. This position is also responsible for writing and maintaining the content of our website and Intranet in partnership with the rest of the Corporate Communications &amp; Public Affairs team as well as other departments and services across the Health Centre. <li>Must be able to work well with other department members to deliver first-rate, service-minded assistance to the entire St. Joseph&#8217;s community.</li>
<li>Strong background in MySQL, PHP, HTML, Flash, Javascript and CSS.</li>
<li>Experience with ASP would be considered an asset.</li>
<li>Strong communication &amp; organizational skills.</li>
<li>Excellent writing and editing skills; strategic thinking skills, project management skills and requirements gathering skills are an asset.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and as a team member.</li>
<li>Ability to work in Tango and SQL 2000 server environments.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of the hardware issues/implications of developing/supporting Inter- and Intranet websites to support informed decisions around equipment, software and services purchases.</li>
<li>Experience implementing version control software would be considered an asset.</li>
<li>Knowledge about the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and requirements for accessible websites.</li>
<li>Prepared to work flexible hours, when necessary.</li>
<li>Good attendance record.</li>
