Manager, Guest Services – Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts – Toronto

Preston Human Capital Group is privileged to be assisting Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, in identifying a Manager, Guest Services.
This is a newly created position based in the corporate head office in Toronto and will report to the Director, Worldwide Reservations Office. He/she will oversee a team of 12 guest services specialists responsible for handling guest email communications for central reservations and general guest requests. The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing, Operations and the WRO team in developing a strategy to ensure that Four Seasons remains a leader in central guest services with a strategy to include the Social Media evolution. .
Specifically, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Has built and led high-performance teams in a customer service environment
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a passion for Social Media
  • Has established tracking and performance management systems for guest services
  • Strong project management skill
  • Relevant luxury goods or services experience would be beneficial
