Marketing Communications Specialist – Epson Canada


Epson Canada is dedicated to providing its customers with digital image innovation. Our main product lines comprise information -related equipment such as printers, scanners, projectors, home entertainment and electronic devices. Epson products are known throughout the world for their superior quality, functionality, compactness and energy efficiency.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist for a one year contract to assist a marketing team of four with the following duties and qualifications:

JOB DUTIES:

  • Coordinating and executing all trade show activities
  • Working with Advertising and Public Relations agencies to drive demand and brand awareness for Epson consumer products
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of various marketing vendors
  • Coordinate the translation of marcom projects
  • Maintain inventory of evaluation products, supporting our trade show, sales and press review activities.
  • Execute other marcom needs as required in support of the Sales and Marketing teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University or college degree, preferably in marketing, communications or public relations
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Advanced computers skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Self Starter
  • Ability to do some traveling
