Role: Marketing Coordinator
The objectives of the marketing coordinator role are:
Increase awareness of Mezzanine and its services among our target market
Create a positive brand perception of Mezzanine among our target market
Generate leads for Mezzanine services from qualified potential clients
In support of these objectives, the Marketing Coordinator undertakes the following activities, among others:
Writing press releases, blogs, articles, case studies, white papers, project snapshots, consultant biographies, proposals, market development collateral and others
Maintaining a strong online presence that positions Mezzanine effectively in our target market
Planning and coordinating events that increase awareness of Mezzanine in the target market
Developing sales support materials including proposals and firm overviews
Creating marketing campaigns that share our expertise with our target market
Coordinating development and distribution of hard and soft copy marketing collateral (from newsletters to business cards)
Managing and measuring effectiveness all Mezzanine marketing activities (including website, social media, events and others) on a monthly basis
Maintaining the library of Mezzanine collateral (past projects, thought leadership)
Building the community of Mezzanine prospects and clients by attracting new subscribers to our newsletter
Maintaining Mezzanine’s CRM (Salesforce.com)
Managing outsource marketing vendors (eg graphic design, printers, etc)
Conducting ad-hoc special projects as required
Undertaking administrative activities to support the team including printing, supplies management, preparation of contracts and other general administrative duties
Ideal Candidate’s Profile:
The successful candidate will:
Have two to four years of marketing experience
Be very strong in online marketing
Have strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task
Be comfortable in a small business environment
Be detail-oriented
Be very professional
Have a Bachelors degree (desirable).
