Sales and Customer Service Representative – Progressive Media Group


Progressive Media Group Inc., a leading Toronto web solutions company, is in need of Sales and Customer Service Representatives for our expanding corporate e-card sector.

This contract position lasts from August to the end of December, with the potential to become a permanent employee in January 2011. The position will commence as part-time in August, and switch to full-time hours beginning in October.
Job Description

  • answer sales inquiries from potential e-card clients
  • provide product information and pricing
  • track and organize potential client leads
  • convert potential client leads into sales
  • review and prepare client materials
  • facilitate client requests
  • work closely with sales management

Job Requirements

  • must possess strong written and oral communication
  • must be familiar with sending and receiving e-mails, and comfortable speaking over the telephone
  • must have a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour
  • comfortable working both as an individual and in a team environment
  • experience in working with deadlines
  • familiar and comfortable working with Microsoft Windows and the Internet
  • familiarity with web graphics and concepts an asset
  • must have minimum of a high school diploma; college diploma preferred at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
