Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator – Toronto


Reporting to the Manager, Sales and Marketing Operations, this role requires a self- motivated and detail-oriented individual. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of hands-on administration and sales/marketing support experience.
This 3-month contract role is ideal for someone with experience within an inside sales or telemarketing organization. Primary mandate is lead qualification and segmentation, database maintenance, and sales support.
Experience should include product knowledge (preferably Xenos product suite), telemarketing and database management. The candidate should be extremely organized, have excellent telephone skills, good time management skills and be able to seamlessly move between tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Nurturing and Qualification
  • Lead qualification and segmentation through outbound telemarketing techniques
  • Inbound pre-qualification
  • Assist with the execution of tactical direct marketing efforts and campaigns  Assist with CRM management – Database entry, execution, tracking, and
  • reporting of lead generation campaigns to generate awareness of Xenos and
  • its products and solutions
  • Provide timely, relevant updates to manager
  • Sales and Marketing Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to the North American Sales and Marketing group
  • Relationship development with customers and vendors  Function with a professional sense of urgency and quality


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree
  • 2 – 3 years experience as a B2B inside sales or telemarketing representative
  • 2 – 3 years experience in a B2B marketing role; previous experience with
  • technology or information management organizations an asset
  • Effective verbal, written and telephone communication skills with an excellent
  • command of the English language
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with entire Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and quality-driven with attention to detail
  • Database Marketing, SalesForce.com, or other CRM experience
  • Excellent time-management and communications skills
  • Excellent project management, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Team player with interpersonal skills
