<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">The ideal candidate must be adept at client counsel, have excellent media relations skills and relationships, as well as event and project management expertise.</span></p>
<p>They offer candidates an excellent client roster in a fast-paced environment ideal for creative team players who can meet multiple deadlines and who thrive in a high energy atmosphere.</p>

<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">IR and communications consulting experience, preferably with experience in both a consulting and corporate environment;</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">Proven ability and experience managing, motivating and mentoring staff to implement strategies and programs</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">Experience in a consulting environment managing a broad client base;</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for timely disclosure, corporate governance and other issuer-related matters;</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">A proven track record developing and winning new business</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">Exemplary writing, presentation and time/project management skills;</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">Ability to effectively interact with and provide counsel to clients, primarily CEO’s, CFO’s and other members of senior management;</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">In-depth knowledge of Canadian capital markets and investment community, as well as current regulatory requirements;</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">Undergraduate degree and CSC designation or equivalent required;</span></li>
<li><span style="background-color: #ffffff;">Experience in mergers and acquisitions consulting would be an asset.</span></li>
