Requirements:

• IR and communications consulting experience, preferably with experience in both a consulting and corporate environment;
• Proven ability and experience managing, motivating and mentoring staff to implement strategies and programs
• Experience in a consulting environment managing a broad client base;
• Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for timely disclosure, corporate governance and other issuer-related matters;
• A proven track record developing and winning new business
• Exemplary writing, presentation and time/project management skills;
• Ability to effectively interact with and provide counsel to clients, primarily CEO’s, CFO’s and other members of senior management;
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian capital markets and investment community, as well as current regulatory requirements;
• Undergraduate degree and CSC designation or equivalent required;
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions consulting would be an asset.
